Director of Construction Administration and Office Operations

Sylvia is Director of Construction Administration and Office Operations for Crest Residential. In her role, Sylvia oversees construction administration processes and supports project execution from pre-construction through close-out, while also managing Crest’s office operations. She works closely with project teams and leadership to ensure streamlined workflows, accurate reporting, and effective coordination between office and field.

Prior to joining Crest, Sylvia spent nine years with a prominent multifamily development group, most recently as Senior Project Coordinator. In that role, she managed the day-to-day operations of the Construction Division, supervised project coordinators, and oversaw project close-out, compliance, and reporting across multiple multifamily developments.

Sylvia studied General Studies at Modesto Junior College.
